Doug
General Manager
Start date: Bought the company in 1986
Doug moved back to Kansas City from Wisconsin after purchasing the company from his father, Lorence Gregg. Doug is passionate about delivering great service, keeping up with technology and anticipating changing customer needs. He has completed HIPAA training.
Dave
Operations Manager/IT
Start date: 1995
Dave is our onsite IT person, able to handle technology issues during and after hours, and look calm doing it. Dave became a Certified Agent based on industry standards in November 2009, and has completed HIPAA training.
Angie
Call Center Manager
Start date: 1986
Angie started at AnswerPro when the operating system was the cord board, and transitioned from that to handwritten paper message tickets, and finally to our advanced computer-based system. Other than Doug, Angie is the only person with the company to have worked on all three systems. Angie became a Certified Agent based on industry standards in November 2009, and has completed HIPAA training.
Ashley
Operations HIPAA Privacy Officer/Account Specialist
Start date: 2010
Ashley’s career at AnswerPro began upon finishing school at K-State. She transitioned from operator to HIPAA Privacy Officer, and assists in setting up new accounts and updating existing accounts. Ashley is also a supervisor. Ashley became a Certified Agent based on industry standards in October 2012, and has completed HIPAA training.
Sara
Operator/Shift Supervisor

Sara started at AnswerPro while still in high school. She completed her Associates degree while working full time, and plans to pursue a BS in Speech Pathology. Sara became a Certified Agent based on industry standards in November 2009, and has completed HIPAA training.

Angelic has customer service experience and was previously employed as a manager. Angelic became a Certified Agent based on industry standards in June 2013 and has completed HIPAA training.
